Skills Assessment for Major and Minor A Players - January 21st and January 28th at All Star Sports located at 2894 Monte Diablo Avenue in Stockton.  All players must attend one of the assessments.  Players can attend both if they would like another opportunity.

 

PLEASE NOTE THE NEW TIMES:

 

Majors Players  --  2PM

Minor A Players -- 3 PM

 

Late Sign-Ups are still being accepted through January 28th  -   Don't forget to bring the follwing items to  All Star Sports loacated at 2894 Monte Diablo Avenue  in Stockton on either of those dates:

 

1. Birth Certificate

2. Three Proofs of Residency dated after 10-01-2011

3. Completed Registration Form (see below link to print form )

4. Completed Medical Release Form (see below link to print form)

5. Signed Parent Code of Conduct  (see below link to print form)

Managers: Anyone interested in being a manager for the upcoming 2012 HTLL season must complete the below application form and volunteer application no later than December 1, 2011 to be considered for any current manager openings in the Majors, Minor A and B and Tee Ball.
